WORKING PRINCIPLE |
|
The separation of stone
from grains is on the basis of specific gravity of the
material. A stream of with unwanted stones is fluidized by air
flow. The material is fed at the higher end and the clean
grain is discharged at the lower end. |

The stones (heavies)
having higher specific gravity sink lower and closer to the
fine wire mesh deck. The oscillation of deck takes the stones
towards the higher side where the stones are discharged. |
|
In Pressure Type, the
blower is below the screen deck. This is available for
capacity up to 4 TPH. In vacuum type the blower is isolated
from the main body and includes suitable cyclone and dust
filter. This eliminates dust problems. |
