AIR SEPERATOR

"VIJIMECH" AIR SEPARATOR is an ideal equipment for separation of two light materials having different densities. Machine comprises classifying chamber, blower and cyclone collector. The machine is easy to operate and has good separation efficiency.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Material fed into the equipment is allowed to pass through a chamber subjected to fluidisation. The zigzag classifying chamber effectively lifts the lighter material and conveys them to the drum collector. The heavies are collected below the classifying chamber. The airflow can be controlled for required efficiency.
