AIR CLASSIFIRES
VIJIMECH AIR CLASSIFIERS is a screen less machine for grading of fine powders into distinct coarse and fine grades from 60 mesh down to 40 microns.
Conventional Vibrating screens have choking problems along with low capacity when used for fine powder separation. Also separation efficiency is reduced. VIJIMECH Air Classifier type separating machine can be operated in closed circuit with existing equipments such as feed from the Hopper, Bins Pulverizer, and Cyclone.

Air Classifier
VIJIMECH Air Classifier is manufactured in closed tolerance and well balanced to give trouble free operation for years. Material is fed through the top input pipe down on a revolving distributor plate. The fluidized particles are propelled to the sides of the inner cone by Whizzer blades and separated from the re-circulating air stream between inner and outer ring. Air is passed back into the inner cone through the deflector ports.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
For Corrosive Material, Classifier can be supplied with SS or Rubber lined parts
Outputs specified are indicative and depend on the specific gravity of the material to be classified.
All models classify most of the material unto 99% passing through 300/325 mesh. For fine classifications, please refer to us.
AC Variable drive can be provided as an accessory.
